Anybody see the commercial for a credit card using the Metro-North as a background? I'm not sure what line it is, but the card holder is shown trying to connect to a customer service line for his current card. It's a humorous commercial. Any MNCR employees from our board involved in the filming?

Yes, I have seen the commercial you're talking about -- it's for Citibank's(Citi) line of credit cards.

While the exterior is clearly an Shoreliner, I don't think the interior or the bathroom used in the commericial are.

It is for the Citi Simplicity card (specifically).

I thought it looked like a C5 on the West of Hudson division, perhaps going into the tunnels north of Hoboken Terminal.

But you're right; the interior looks like it was shot elsewhere.
