I did some research on this loco. It was the last loco operated by my grandfather. From what I can tell, it was given to CSX during the merger and has been given the number #1536. It is alsoo one of the last surviving GP15's. I have not seen that she has been scrapped. Still in use??

According to the Bullsheet, it is still on the CSXT locomotive roster, so it's probably being used in some capacity.
