BEAUTIFUL! The video is great, but even better is the sound of that Baldwin engine, burbling, at slow speeds. It touches my heart and ears with fond memories of days long-gone.

Glad you like! It was worth getting soaked to the skin with all that rain after all!

I have never heard a Baldwin engine until now so thanks for those links and memories. What horn is used on Baldwin 301?

I'm told (not a horn expert myself!) 301 has a Leslie RS-3L.
The PRR 9069 has a mono-tone horn, a Leslie A-200.

Many thanks for loading up this great videos, Baldwins are the same beautiful beasts like Alcos but unfortunately produce less smoke.
But i think that they are very rugged and need less maintenance affort when giving them a tender loving care.
