FYI, the remains of the former Budd company, maker of the RDC, are being sold from current parent ThyssenKrupp to one of the following: Magna, Lear, or former ISG owner Wilbur Ross. There is no known rail-business remaining at Budd, and it focuses on auto supply, a business it participated in before it got into rail.
