Brown Line Splits Switch 4/19 AM

In yesterday's AM rush, an outbound Brown train split the switch at the crossovers where Brown leaves the north side main. The front car's first truck went west, and the rest of the train went north. I believe the entire north side mainline trunk was shut down from Addison to Fullerton (or something similar). Thankfully, I live south of there and was already at the office when this happened...

Interestingly enough, that made the local news on a couple of the stations in DC.

I HATE it when that happens and you look out the window see the southbound Red Line train bearing down on you.
