So for Brightline is concerned, downtown Las Vegas is not worth the additional construction costs to reach.
Also with Brigtline’s real estate investors are concerned, having 110 acres on the LV Strip will be far more profitable than 10 acres in downtown LV, assuming there is 10 acres available near downtown.
