Any word on what R (or possibly M) number it will be?

SI doesnt get hand-me-downs. They got brand new sets except for 388-399 which were transferred to there

No confirmation yet, but if they plan on retaining the 75 foot car-length, then it will be a different model from the R211, which is all but confirmed to be 60 foot.
