BM 2752

This is an old small cube covered hopper still in service with a fresh paint job and a McGinnis logo... no way this is a revenue car. My guess is company sand - can anyone confirm this?

When I worked for the B & M Accounting Dept. maintaining property records, the B & M converted at least one open top hopper to covered hopper for company sand. Got at Build date on the car?

I don't, but it's a 70-T car, and has a yellow dot, so it at least 45 yrs old. I'd guess 1960s vintage. Here are pics:

It is a Company Service car, used for transporting locomotive traction sand.....
