BACK IN SERVICE??

Today for the first time in 2 or 3 years I was at the Crosswinds Business Park at Eber Rd. & Airport Hwy. While the NS spur track is still quite rusty it appears as if all the overgrowth around the ROW has been cleared. Does anyone know if someone is planning on using this track again?
