application references

Anybody know if there is a place to put in a reference (somebody you know that works there) on the online application? I can't get to my answer unless i upload my resume first, but I dont have it fully polished yet so i'm not going to post it.

What railroad, what online, what....

The CSX applications ask if you have any relatives working for CSX, but the references are basically useless. Used to be it was the best way to get on, now with all the tests and everything you have to pass it doesn't mean much, unless someone very close to you is a higher up.
