Airos are replacing Amfleet I and Horizon cars. Most of these trains using these cars today do not have baggage cars, except the Night Owl trains running on the NEC overnight that do.
But every Venture coach and business class car has a luggage rack for heavier bags in addition to the overhead racks.
All the long distance (sleeper) trains will continue to have Viewliner 2 baggage or half baggage cars. So, if you require baggage car services on the east coast, book a trip on a long distance train.

What will change this month?
Did anyone resolve the Superliner or not question?
Will the diner be available to coach px or only sleepers?

It will be Amfleets & Viewliners.

The timing will be about the same. You'll be in Viewliner and Amfleet equipment. No word on how the diner will operate for coach passengers.

It will be different views from a single level window. I wonder if Viewliner seats are as comfortable as Superliner's. I've ridden Amfleet stock and recall they were cramped by comparison.

What's the power outlet scheme? I doubt it can work over the southern PA parts, but is there WiFi/CellData in that equipment?

They're about the same for sleeper passengers between the Viewliner I's and the Superliners (did Lake Shore Limited to Chicago and Cap Limited back). Power outlets are a bit limited. I have a large capacity battery pack (Shargeek Sharge 100) that kept my iPhone and iPad charged, so I really didn't need them.

For the Amfleets, they did expand the legroom but otherwise that's it.

I didn't see how well the Superliner coaches are, but since you're getting Amfleets, you'll have two outlets on the wall side of your seat. A multiport USB charger will help here with your seat friend.

This train will be using long distance Amfleet 2s, not Amfleet 1s used for day trips on the NEC. The leg room and seats on an Amfleet 2 coach is practically the same as on a Superliner. Amfleet 1s have less legroom, not Amfleet 2s. As for views out the window as compared with a Superliner, you'll be riding at a height about halfway between the lower and upper floors of a Superliner.
To be exact, the upper floor of a Superliner is 104.5 inches (~8.75 feet) above top of rail, Amfleet floor height around 51 inches (4.25 feet) above top of rail, and lower floor of a Superliner is around 21.7 inches (1.8 feet) above top of rail.

To be more precise, Superliner seat pitch is 24 inches, Amfleet 2 is 22 inches, Amfleet 1 Business is 20 inches, Amfleet 1 coach is 12 inches, and Horizon coach is 14 inches.
The Amfleet 2 coach seat pitch is more akin to a Superliner coach than either an Amfleet 1 coach or Horizon coach.

And widths?
