You may have to click on "ICC Historical Railroad Investigation Reports"...then "1943"...then "Delaware Lackawanna and Western" to get the report.

Remember, there are two DL&W accidents that year so you might get the wrong one on your first try.

This is a good source of information for railroad accidents back to 1911.

There is also a report on the DL&W accident in East Corning on July 4, 1912. Again, there are several DL&W accidents so may have to try each one.
