Conrail GP38-2 cruises east around the curve at CP Belmont in Philadelphia with an individual flair - the numberboards have eyes and the horns are labeled "Big Toot" and "Lil Toot". Train is H5A yard transfer run from South Philly to Abrams Yard near King of Prussia, and the engineer has a big wave for us:
