Maybe the local graffiti artists can add some flare to that bland paint job while it awaits pickup at Woodbourne.

Wouldn't it have been more logical to do the hand-off on the Blue Line to save extra shipping fees from CSX and stage the locomotive in the shops at Wayne Junction?
