The 3020 is back in service! It's in Binghamton right now. Good to see it alive and kicking. Wish the same was true for the 120, 3614, 3012, 3660, 3662, 3022, and 3618...

Is that one on the BLDX High Nose SD40's? and when did 3012 get put out of service?

Yup! 3012 has been OOS a while, as it needs a new engine block, or some other major engine component.

3012 and the 3618 were both shipped off property for major overhaul/rebuilding. And i heard that the 3012 got tagged by some graffiti people.
