Lights on New Haven Bound Side of Noroton Heights Stuck On

Lights on New Haven Bound Side of Noroton Heights Stuck On

The lights on the New Haven side of the Noroton Heights train station appear to be stuck on during the day.. Who would I report this to?
Some people complain about the traffic on I95, If you have a problem with traffic and the rails go where you are going, TAKE THE TRAIN!!!
