There was a siding on the Centre St Branch near Sopur Bros.Trucking And Rigging, I used to see tank cars there late Eighties-Early Nineties. Also I believe Heinz was a rail customer. So when Morristown & Erie interchanges with CSX don't they traverse the section of track west of Frank Rogers Blvd?

There are no longer any online customers west of the crossing, so it appears the Centre St. branch in Harrison is now completely dead.
One interesting industry in Harrison was a tank farm along the river and next to the Red Bull Arena that Conrail served many moons ago. They accessed it by coming off the eastern part of the Centre St. Branch in South Kearny, running over NJT for a bit towards the yard in Harrison, splitting off and crossing PATH at grade (the diamonds have since been removed), street ran down PATH's driveway with the tank facility just beyond. Not much of this can be seen from public property, but you can see it all on google satellite.
