Now that the Summer is beginning, the Rail Road's costs for overtime will increase due to track work, extra service and equipment shortages requiring movements all over the place at night. The Rail Road will pat itself on the back for it's amazing performance and have employees up for photo ops. Then Labor Day will come, the Summer programs will end and then the Rail Road will moan about "excessive union contracts" and overtime.
