Now well past the color peak,so It will NOT happen this year with the current management in control .
Ocean View will wind up with the Pacific Parlors in storage at Beech Grove. :(
Untill Mr Anderson leave 01 Mass,the "fun" charters are off the table ! :(

Also, Amtrak's statutory cap to Liability per accident, about 290 million in 2016 dollars. It gets adjusted for inflation periodically.

We knew about the autumn express not happening months ago and yes, it is past the peak foliage in many states.

Don't count on the Ocean View ever operating again, at least on Amtrak. That car has put in several decades of great mileage and I think it is time for it to get a long rest. If a tourist train company wants to use it, then that would be nice.
