Among the HO cars donated to my club was a Walthers 53' GSC flatcar. The donor apparently thought it would look good with both the end bulkheads that WKW kits had, *plus* a pedestal for TOFC service.
Some research has indicated that at least some of the F41's were AAR class LP (pulpwood flats) at one time. If anyone has info about the prototype cars having bulkheads, even ones not of GSC manufacture, I'll reattach the kit bulkheads. (They got popped off the kit while it was in storage or transit.) An AMB wood deck will make a good replacement for the misconfigured plastic one.
I know there are no Prototype Police, but we do try to get things "right."
Thanks.
