If I understand correctly, after CNJ ceased operations in PA, P-Purg was the end of the line. Did CNJ ever cross the river into PA after the pull out?

They still ran to Scranton...... The Valley made transfers, via their STA's, although there was some equity on the ex-LNE line, with JCL/LV dovetailed seniority, on that particular line.
