Why does the Lansdale/Doylestown line...3/11 schedule change

Why does the line have a hourly headway from Lansdale to Center City on the morning - afternoon runs?
I thought it had 30 minute runs instead of an hour

Single tracking Lansdale-Pennllyn. Nowhere for the trains to meet and make the schedule, so they run one an hour to Lansdale and the passengers on a bus for Doylestown. This will go on until probably July.
