What's next for MNCR?

What do we all think is the next the next generation of locomotives and rolling stock to roam the rails of the MNRR and CDOT? (Like, what could be useful for operations in the future?)

There are two topics right now in this forum; one on the purchase of switchers/shuttles, and another on M9 alternatives like single and bi-level locomotive hauled cars. I can't say that I've seen much discussion of M9's and M10's, the Brookvilles are relatively new, and the P32's are finishing up their mid-life overhauls. so there really hasnt' been much discussion of what's next there, either.
Next stop, Willoughby
