Last night around 10:00PM MN 211, with SL's was sitting in North White Plains yard. A rather odd sighting at night. Any reason why?

i saw that when i drove by NWP at like 8:30...a bomb set in NWP

I beleive that was the deadhead that usually leaves around 4:30. I know it had problems and I guess it didn't leave till much later.
