Help support extend the Lowell CR line to Nashua!

Post by sery2831 » Sun Feb 11, 2007 6:34 am

A vital step to north side commuter service is extending the Lowell Line to Nashua. Your help is needed to move a bill along in NH. Please check out this link: http://www.nhcommuterrail.com/Notice.aspx

And keep up to date with the extention on this site: http://www.nhcommuterrail.com/

Thanks

John,

Thanks for the links. This group seems to duplicate the work of another group, the NH Rail Revitalization Assn., which seems to have a wider scope than just returning passenger trains to Nashua.

The NH Commuter Rail site that is our moderator has linked above has a link to the NH Rail Revitalization Assn. The link is in the right hand side list of links

For NH residents it would be better to send a letter to your local reps because this needs a state backing as a whole, not just from that one Senator.

Here is the bill if anyone would like to read it
