The trucks were part of the scrap deal.

As of noon yesterday, this train of scrap cars was headed out of Dunkirk to Fremont for interchange.
Currently, there are 2 more passenger coaches in the yard to go to scrap and the 40 ft ex New Haven Boxcar that will go to the Oyster Bay RR Museum, via truck.

CSX is coming down (south) the Hell Gate as of 10:45 AM, with about 2-3 caboose, a coach-looking car, and another car.

So apparently, and if this is wrong i'm hearing it down a grapevine, a pair of the N22s were saved for a tourist outfit, the Grey Granite Railroad, operating as part of a pick-your-own farm. They'll be made into coaches.
