Prior to upgrading Babylon West either Valley or Babylon could control the interlockings in between, but when they went to a computer GUI for both towers, Valley took Rocky and Port, and Babylon has Wantagh, Amityville and whatever is at the east end of Massapizza when it comes online. At one point Babylon was like a control tower with the windows slanted out with a small porch (and very drafty), but they bumped it out to what you see now to accomodate the old interlocking machine for west of Babylon, and in anticipation of a machine for PD-SK. It's comfy now, unless you have a room full of posters.
