No need to keep a building if work is at minimal at best. What a bummer. Always enjoyed passing buy to see what was sitting outside. Haven't been able to do that for a few years now and may not ever again. Amazing how fast things have gone down hill in a short time.

Well, at least the shop is up for sale/lease to a potential new buyer now, rather than just sitting vacant as it has been.
