We rode the Pennsylvanian out to Pittsburgh last spring. We stayed in the hotel in churchbob's photos, arched window on the left to be exact. The interior of the building is absolutely beautiful. Well worth the trip alone.

Did you catch the name of the hotel? At last check, it was an apartment complex.

If you are looking for a "classic" at which to stay in Pittsburgh, consider this:

I've stayed there twice in recent years. Can't promise you'll like the rates, but if acceptable, it is a nice "trip" back to the days when industrial titans were Kings.
