5 weeks after 25 years

And once you are promoted to engineer you stay at 100% except for you time as and LET where you get LET pay (engineers student pay) its like $200/wk or somewhere there abouts

And that is IF you make all your qualifying days in each year. Don't know how it works now, but it used to be in the Clerks (and other union shops) it was 120 days for a period of time,then dropped to 100 days. IOW, if you got sick or were furloughed and didn't work the 100 days in that year, you'd get NO vacation (or other benefits) during that year. So you'd then have to make 100 days the next year to get a vacation THAT year and so on.

T&E employees need 225 qualifying starts, there should be no reason to ever not make it, I missed the first 5 months this year and am at 210 right now

8 hour day is one start, a 12 hour day is 3
