What is Salem county transit and why is it gettin anothier 1 million for trackwork? Is it a new name for SRNJ, Hasent SNJR been given enough money in the past for repairs? Do they use thet bridge yet with STATE money that could have gone to better things?

VanDrew should look at them.
Salem County owns the railroad. SRNJ was appointed to operate it. A couple years ago the operation was conveyed to US Rail. They lost most of the customers and pretty much stopped operating. SRNJ is once again operating the railroad and bringing back lost customers. The grant money does not go to SRNJ.

The Reading heritage unit, NS 1067, was on last night's NS 506 and should still be in Carneys Point this morning. No word on its' return north.

NS 64D (Bakken crude) came in Wednesday morning with one NS and three BNSF units, photographed at Pavonia after delivering oil to Sunoco Logistics in Westville.
