YPCA05 pulled the last empty oil train set out of Sunoco in Westville today. The train was being stored there along with another set that was pulled a month or so ago.

I believe these were pulled out for last night's K049 back to the CP. These are for use to PES, who suddenly decided they like Bakken oil again.
I think it may be possible that NJ Transit might not be the perfect, infallible organization that most people assume it is.
