I would like to find some information on one of the locomotives that the South Coast Railroad owns. What I would like to know, what was the original number of GP-9 RM ex Canadian National now numbered as South Coast Rail 2008. I can't seem to find anything on the internet about the locomotive. Thanks as always.

I don't believe there's a "South Coast Rail" in New England. You may be referring to the Mass Coastal, as I believe they have a loco # 2008. Check the Mass Coastal thread within the New England Railfan section. I'm not familiar with the history of that locomotive, but the answer may be in that thread, or you can ask there....
