NYPD Patrol guide regarding Photography on NYC Subway

Postby Allan » Mon Jul 23, 2018 10:17 am

I finally found the directive to members of the NYPD regarding photography on the subway.

Please be aware that the NYPD Patrol guide is is PUBLIC information and is on the nyc.gov website.

https://www1.nyc.gov/assets/nypd/downlo ... guide2.pdf (this is one of 3 pdf files but the directive is on the 2nd one linked to the left). It is Procedure No. 212.21 (page 471).

If you have printed out the old Operations Order 14 from 2009 I recommend you discard it and print out the new page as it has the NYPD imprint on it and has a later date.

It depends on what you are using to read the pdf. The library computer I was using showed it as page 471.

I suggest that when the file is open do a search/find for 212.21 rather than the page.
