Can't say specifically, but my wife was on 95 to WBG yesterday and texted me around 5 PM that "a freight train broke down ahead of them". As I looked for 95 on the tracker saw that 91 and 53 were queued up north of RIC along with her train (and one other, don't recall may have been the Norfolk train). She was over 3 hours late into WBG.

From Amtrak's website tonight (5/15):
Amtrak Service Alert: Service Suspended Between New York and New Haven
May 15, 2018
5:50 p.m. ET

As a result of downed trees, Metro-North Railroad has suspended service over their railroad, impacting Amtrak service between New York and New Haven. Trains currently en route will be held at the nearest station until service can be restored.

Unacceptable Time Keeping: FoxNews.com

A Japanese rail company is making amends after one of its trains departed Shiga’s Notogawa Station 25 seconds early, mirroring a similar apology made by a Japanese rail line in November.

West Japan Railways has apologized for "any inconvenience” caused to customers regarding the May 11 incident, The Independent reported.

Apparently, the conductor thought the train was supposed to depart at 7:11 a.m., and not 7:12 a.m, BBC reports. According to the outlet, the conductor realized his mistake, but decided to go ahead and leave early, as he could not see any passengers waiting on the platform.

The JR West rail line apologized in a statement, saying, “The great inconvenience we placed upon our customers was truly inexcusable," per Sora News 24.

Train 51(16) was delayed departing IND due to low speed derailment of private car REDWOOD EMPIRE (PPCX 800233). The crew eventually left the Viewliner baggage car and the PV behind in the station, then departed for CHI.
