I know that many of the NKP GP-9s are still around (I see five quite frequently on the WWNJ), but are there any Alco switchers or RS-11s left? (I do know about some of the RS-36s.) Is there a list of NKP survivors online anywhere?

NKP 79 is at the Rochester & Genesee Valley RR museum. Another switcher if I recall was on the Bath & Hammondsport, now LA&L's B&H RR. Two RS36's survive, Ontario Central's #418 (NKP 865) and Knox & Kane 70 (NKP 870).

I saw an S-2 painted as Nickel Plate #84 at Rail Fest this Summer at Dennison, Ohio.

I think both of the Bath and Hammondsport S-1s are from NKP actually.

Sorry, the Bath & Hammnodsport RR only has one ex-NKP S-1, #4. B&H #5 is an Alco S-1 but it is ex-Despatch Shops #5/ex-NYC #872. There are some differences in the appearance of the S-1s, including location of the horn and cab windows over the hood.
