Four photos of the old Wallace, NY Depot:
1. 1968, prior to dismantling.
2. 1969, re-construction in Victor, NY.
3. 1970, evening, winter shot, outside primed, not painted.
4. 1971, finished project in Victor, NY.

which is almost ready to upload..im just waiting for a few more permissions to use a few photos..

New info on the possible build dates for the pagoda depots..
common knowledge says 1881-1882..
I believe that is simply a guess, based on the build dates of the railroad itself. New data suggests the depots were likely built in 1883!
its all detailed on the page..

I moved to the Naples area in 91.It's been somewhat distressing to watch the decline of the condition of the Atlanta Dl&w station since then.Broken window syndrome is affecting this station and I really hope we're not seeing the early symptoms of demolition by neglect here,it's such a beautiful historic building.After seeing what happened to it's neigboring station in Perkinsville which is now a ruin,I fear for this structure.I hope there is enough civic pride in Atlanta to prevent this.
