Erie/DL&W Connecting Tracks, Corning-Wayland

At some point in time either just before or just after the E-L merger in 1960, the Erie Painted Post (Corning)-Rochester branch, which paralleled the DL&W main line between Painted Post and Wayland, was torn up in segments. Connecting tracks were then constructed from the DL&W main to some communities that were served by the Erie.

Do any of the connections still exisit and, if so, are they being utilized by the B&H?

BTW: Erie Rochester Div., Wayland-Livonia, 18 miles, abandoned in 1956. Bath-Kanona, 3 miles, abandoned in 1963.

The last I knew, there was a connection between the two roads at Cohocton. When the B&H ran passenger trains, they started out of the Erie Depot and crossed over to the Lackawanna maybe a quarter of a mile south of there. I believe the tracks through Bath, that you can see from Route 15, are ex-Erie. Originally, there was also some Erie trackage at Savona.
