Chicago, Milwaukee & Puget Sound RR - Tunnel @ Spokane

Postby terry03 » Mon Oct 03, 2011 2:54 pm

The Railway Age Gazette, Volume50, 1911 states that Bates & Rogers "pierced" a 650 Foot tunnel under Front Street in Spokane, Washington. I have looked everywhere, but, I can't find any more information on this tunnel. Has anybody heard of this tunnel?

Another article I found said it was to be used by the railway in entering the terminal building.
