It looks like the engine they use for the Hawkeye Express on home football Saturdays.

I think you guys are getting your railroads mixed up here...

IAIS is the Iowa Interstate.

The Iowa Northern (IANR) is another shortline that operates the Hawkeye Express. It operates from Cedar Rapids to Manly, Iowa with a subdivision that runs from Waterloo to Olwein.

Anybody know where IAIS power ties up in Chicago? I'd like to take a picture one of these days.

Burr Oak yard in Blue Island, IL. Not far at all from the Metra station.
