NOPB GEs?

The NOPB recently awarded GE a tender for 4 refurbished GE Dash 8-C40s. Rumor has it these were sold "back" to GE by LTE. Looking for any news on this, what the unit numbers are and when they will be heading to GE and where they will be refurbished.
