Identifying a NJT station

I'm trying to identify this image (full size version which was taken in April 2012:

Low platforms plus catenary indicates it's on an NJT line. I can't find a station with a matching building, parking garage, and platforms on a bridge.

Morristown, on the far end of the platform.
We used to be WORMs, now we are WORBS. West Of Regal Bay Street
And yes, Bay Street IS BS.
