Midweek schedule Hudson line

Postby freightliner » Sat Mar 11, 2017 6:15 pm

Hi I was planning a trip where I need to use the Hudson line from Grand Central to Tarrytown on a Friday. I tried checking the online scheduler and it seems that this line only runs outbound on the weekends? Can anyone verify this?

Definitely not true. Generally there are two or three trains an hour that leave Tarrytown depending on the time of day. At least one local and one express.

I specifically need to go from Grand Central on 3/24 probably around 1pm to Tarrytown.

Not sure what you were using but I would suggest using this:

OK that one worked. Before I used that one and a couple days ago when I input the date it said nothing available. Maybe it was too far in advance?

Unless there's a holiday, schedules don't vary often. In my experience, trip planner has never worked right.

I've always hated trip planners. Show me the damn schedule and I'll decide which trip to take.
