Fare collection on MBCR during Bruin/Celtics games

Postby Elcamo » Tue May 29, 2012 10:21 pm

I've gone to a bunch of Bruins and Celtics games over the last couple years, and I'm almost never ticketed on the way into the Garden. The conducters seem to either skip or ignore a packed car of riders. Why is this, and is it commonplace on other lines? (I take the Newburyport/Rockport line from Beverly Depot or Salem)

While there could be many reasons for this. Crews just could be overwhelmed and are getting other peoples fares and trains are not staffed to get everyone for example.
