Well, they've been better lately. I've ridden the CR every weekday the last 6 months,
and have had only one significant delay that was their fault. The heat and AC have
worked as well, and the trains have been reasonably clean. But this is the Fitchburg
line not sure of the rest ; haven't heard of any Worcester line horror stories (4 hour delays!)
lately either.
