Charles Station demolition

Wow, I am impressed by how the MBTA has updated the Projects page. It used to be a few paragraphs and now there is alot more. The new station looks great.

Went by there last night. There's nothing left of the old station building.

I wish they'd demolish the remaining pedestrian overpass too, and paint a crosswalk instead.

Some time in the last few weeks, the T or the city created crosswalks and walkways from the north side of Cambridge Street into the temporary T station. I don't know if this means they're planning to take down the pedestrian overpass soon.
