On the Town of Norfolk website, the Public Works Department's Highway Division wrote:
ROAD CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULED:

Please be advised that on Friday, May 31, 2013, SEEKONK STREET will be closed to through traffic at the railroad tracks between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am on Saturday, June 1 and Saturday, June 1, 2013, ROCKWOOD ROAD will be closed to through traffic at the railroad tracks between the hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am on Sunday, June 2.

The Mass Bay Commuter Rail, in Cooperation with the Norfolk Department of Public Works, will be making improvements to the rails and pavement in that area.

Residents accessing their properties between these hours must do so on their side of the tracks as no traffic will be allowed to pass while repairs are underway.

Detours will be posted and Police Details will be present to assist motorists and residents with any questions during these hours of operation.

Thank you for your cooperation and our apologies to those residents who may be inconvenienced by the overnight construction noise.
