Not hard at all -- the hard part seems to be finding something to set it by. Could you post the phone number for the Naval Observatory Master Clock? That seems like a good way to do it.

Many thanks; I just tried it. When we went on DST I relied on my cellphone, and I find I'm 2 seconds slow, which I can live with. It's nice to know how to find the right time when I need it.
