Greenbush Operations

Postby livesteamer » Sat Feb 16, 2013 11:05 am

I get back to visit Scituate about once a year and have not really railfanned the Greenbush very much. I am aware that the line has three passing sidings (Braintree, Cohassett and Greenbush). Can somebody tell me which passing siding seems to see the most activity? On my ocassion trips on the line to Greenbush, it seems that the only siding used is located near the Braintree Junction (I have never seen the Greenbush section used and I assume it is used only in the morning to move equipment to station platform and to tie up equipment after the evening commuter trips.)
