Both Pan Am and Amtrak have been running on the Western Route today.

Are trains doing a double-reverse move at Kenmore? Or are they taking one of the branches and crossing over at Blandford/St Marys/Fenway?

Local 589 has a whole set of photos up of blizzard cleanup, including the Green Line truck plows being used.

T tweets that C & D lines are now running (just about 3:45 PM Sunday). Many more of the rubber-tired transit coach routes are also coming back up this afternoon.

To expand on what Robert said above. Regularly scheduled Commuter Rail service will resume at the start of service on Monday, February 11, 2013. Greenbush Line customers should expect significant delays during the morning commute. Please check MBTA.com/Winter for full info and advisories. That's from the t-alert email.

I believe it is for trees and wires down along the RoW. The south shore, especially Scituate and Cohasset, got hit hard.

I think there is still power issues in that area. They have placed generators in the signal bungalows.

What the T did here was smart. It had a "soft" reopening yesterday, which gave it a chance to run buses and trains without much expectation. I'm thinking mostly of the bus routes, which would provide the most obstacles.

Anybody know where I can report a crossing gate issue? Our gates at Sherman St. in West Cambridge are working OK, except for the clanging bells being silent.

[Update: Yes, thanks, I got the Transit Police number from the MBTA's safety web page, and phoned it in. My wife reports that the next inbound train came to a full stop, conductor climbed down to inspect crossing, etc...the full safety protocol.]
